I know we've all been avoiding looking at the weather app on our phones lately because it never brings us any good news at all. But now we can finally stop being afraid to check the weather because if you take a peak you'll see that Ontario is about to get the spring and summer weather we've been waiting for!

Now is the time to start planning out all the amazing adventures and outdoor explorations you want to go on for spring and summer so you don't miss out on a minute of fun.

There's a hiking trail just across the border from Ontario that's called Watkins Glen Gorge Trail that should be at the top of your list.

Just across the border from Ontario in New York State you'll find this stunning gorge with a 2 mile (3.2 km) trail that will give you breathtaking views. You'll hike along old stone pathways, stairs and bridges along the way.

These old stone paths will take you past bright turquoise gorge waters and a total of 19 waterfalls! This spot honestly looks like something out of a fairytale.

You can find this stunning trail inside Watkins Glen State Park which is a 4 hr 15 drive from Toronto, 4 hr 35 minute drive from Ottawa and a 3 hrs 45 minute drive from Kingston. It's the perfect spot for either a long day trip or even a weekend long adventure!

There's some unique hidden gems within this trail that aren't as noticeable so you should definitely take your time to notice these tiny details. There's a heart-shaped pool of water, a cavern cascade waterfall, and so much more!

Check out the park's website for more information.
