Fall is right around the corner and with it brings all of the exciting Halloween celebrations that we all love so much! If you're looking for the best event to attend, look no further than The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze that is home to over 7,000 glowing pumpkins every year!
The 18th century Van Cortlandt Manor transforms into a magical Halloween village like you've never seen before! Every year they make the display of hand-carved, glowing pumpkins more and more extravagent so you can expect something seriously impressive.
The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze takes place in Croton-On-Hudson in New York State, which is about a 7 hour drive outside of Ontario. This unreal Halloween wonderland will officially be opening on September 28th and closing on November 24th.
All the pumkins on site are hand-carved by their team of skilled artisans. The displays are super impressive and you can expect to stroll across a bridge made of glowing pumkins, walk under multple shimmering pumpkin tunnels and even walk through a pumpkin planetarium!
It takes about an hour to walk through the entire pumpkin village where you'll get to admire the unreal installations. They also have a few different tents that have food and drinks to enjoy like soups, donuts, pumpkin pie and cider! They even have a beer stand!
Tickets to the event are officially on-sale now and they sell out pretty quickly! An adult ticket costs $22 on weekdays or $27 on Fridays and Saturdays. You can purchase tickets online ahead of time or onsite with extra charge.
