You Must Zipline Across Niagara Falls This Summer

Photo Via - Wildplay

Yes, you read that correctly. This summer, you MUST make sure that you zip line across our most Canadian monument, in order to call yourself a TRUE northerner. Suspended by nothing but a harness and a wire across one of the largest waterfalls in the world.

Wildplay's Mistrider promises "an amazing rush soaring high and fast toward the breathtaking natural Niagara Falls phenomenon. On four parallel zip lines, travelling 670 metres (2,200 feet) through the wide river gorge, guests get picture-perfect views of the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls – an exclusive Niagara experience! This guided, gravity powered Element is an incredible, unforgettable flight – without feathers."

Riders will take a breathtaking drop from an elevated 40 foot structure down over the falls at over 44 mph. Tickets for the zip line will cost $49.99 to $79.99

In addition to the Zip Line, Wildplay is also introducing the Whirlpool Adventure Course at Thompson's Point which will offer suspended obstacles and challenges that include climbing, ziplining, jumping and swinging aerial games for guests that are at least 5 years old, according to the Niagara Parks website. Prices will start at $49.99 Canadian for the basic course.
