The event is called Metaverse 2.0 and will take place in the heart of the Junction at a venue now dubbed "The Sands". The festival doubles as a fundraiser to get the flaming piece of art down to represent Canada as the nation's largest art car.

The festival itself will follow a futuristic Viking theme that promises art installations, food trucks, a licensed bar, a lounge area and other amazing surprises. Guests can look forward to Hatiras, Ben Cormier, Matt Von Wilde, MRKG and Steintology playing sets as well as laser/light shows from Lumatronic and Prsmtx.

For just $15, you'll get admission to the event and a chance to get up close and personal with the dragon herself, Hevy Meta, who not only blasts fire but has a concert stage built in, an impressive sound system, and animatronic effects.
