Summer is the perfect time to get out of your comfort zone and explore somewhere new. Luckily, here in Canada, we aren't short on options. If you're looking for an adventure you could hike the mountains of the west coast, eat some lobster by the water on the east coast, or wander down the cobblestoned historic streets of Quebec City.
No matter what you choose, you definitely won't regret it. If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway this summer than renting a unique Airbnb is the way to go. There's a see-through bubble hidden in the forest in Quebec that's just like the starlight bubbles in Iceland that allow you to sleep under the Northern Lights!
If you take a trip out to Saint-Marguerite-du-Lac Masson, Quebec you'll find this adorable bubble under the stars waiting for you! It offers a total 360 of the lush forest that's stunning all year round whether you want to experience a snowy wonderland in winter, the magical colours in fall, or all the green lush forest leaves and flowers during spring and summer.
It's located just over 1 hour outside of Montreal and if you're coming from Ontario just 5.5 hours from Toronto and just over 2 hours from Ottawa! There are tons of availabilities for the rest of summer so you don't have to worry about it getting booked up quickly either.
The dome comes with lots of great amenities including a cozy Queen-sized bed, air conditioning and heating depending on the season, coffee and tea are available inside the bubble, toilets and heated showers located close by, and free breakfast provided! This bubble is located on an adorable horse farm called Parc Cavaland and guests have the option to go see and even ride the horses if they like.
Some of the best amenities are only available in the summer including a heated pool on the property and a spa that's officially opening up for summer 2019! It costs $259 per night to rent the bubble.
