This safari adventure features a cageless zoo with a giraffe feeding area, monkey exhibits, petting areas, reptiles, birds, alligators, and more. This is the only park in Florida where you can experience a real African safari without having to spend lots of money on the airfare.
This park is one of the leading attractions in Palm Beach County with a one-of-a-kind adventure in an open environment. Lion Country Safari is home to over 900 animals in the drive-through preserve and in the Safari World exhibit area. It has a four-mile drive-through preserve, over 200 campsites, 6 stores, 3 food outlets, a veterinary hospital, an animal demonstration theatre, gas station, and 170 employees that care for the animals.
The wildlife is divided into sections such as Serengeti Plains and Gir forest where you will discover natural habitat for ostriches, antelopes, buffalos, and even African lions.
