The waterpark opened officially for the season earlier in May, and they are looking for more people to hire this year all over the park! You can find an application, here.
If you live in Atlanta, you know getting to the beach is a hassle and you have to drive a few hours just to get there. At this water park and beach, you will feel like you are in paradise.
We strongly advise that before you go swimming at/visiting Lake Lanier, you check the most recent updates on potential safety hazards, security, water quality, and closures. According to Georgia authorities, the lake is very busy (8 million visitors a year), and the volume of visitor have led to incidents in the past. If you do plan to visit the location, respect the environment and stay safe.
This is a great place to go with some friends, your family, or your significant other for a fun day in the water and sun. You will be encompassed with the sights and sounds of Margaritaville right here in Atlanta.
There are many parts and places to this area, giving you so many options of where to hang for the day.
Starting off with Paradise Beach, it is just like being on an actual ocean beach. There is more than half a mile of beach to explore! You can also rent some chairs and an umbrella, as well as a cabana to really chill in style.
The chairs and umbrellas are first come, first serve, so make sure you get there early. If you want the smaller beach chairs or if there are no other chairs available, you can rent some for $20 for all day.
The shaded cabanas are $25 for all day rent.
If you are more of a daredevil who loves a thrill, you have to check out the water park that has multiple slides and racing activities.
There is also a huge projector screen here as well, and the park will play movies, music videos, or sports games all day.
For the adults in the fam, Landshark Landing is the place to be. There is a restaurant, a tiki bar, and even an adult water playground. If you like to boat, you can pull yours up to one of the docks here and have a party on the water.
You can spend your entire day here and never be bored. You can get an all-day pass for $45.99, or you can get a season pass for $119.99.
The park is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
