There are not too many things that are better than going on a ghost tour during Halloween season. What might be a little better is going on one in the most haunted city in the entire state of Georgia. Savannah has so much history and so many old buildings and cemeteries which makes it the best place to get a spook. You can take your own ghost tour around to over 50 locations for only $1.99 in this haunted city. This should definitely be on your fall things to do in Savannah bucket list if you're really looking for a scare.

With the Savannah Ghost Map app, the city of Savannah has made it possible for anyone with an iPhone or Android to take their own personal tour for just $1.99. If you were to take any other guided tour, you would pay $50 and up.

All you have to do is download the Savannah Ghost Map app and you can visit up to 50 different haunted places to see if you can see any ghostly friends.

The other great thing about this app is you can go on your own time. You are not on a scheduled tour and can roam for however long you want.

As soon as you log into the app, your location will be picked up and you can see what you are closest to and what haunted spots are around you.

You can explore places like Forsyth Park and Bonaventure Cemetary and the app will tell you about the history of the location and creepy facts as well.

If you are not up to walking around the entire city all day, you can pick up where you left off whenever you want. That is another great aspect of this app. You could eat lunch and then get back to it if you wanted to!

It's a little creepier to go on this tour because you will probably be with a smaller group and you'll be on your own with nothing to guide you but an app.

If you don't want to end your ghostly adventure, you can stay in the city's most haunted hotel with a room you used to have to sign a waiver to sleep in.
