August is almost over and that means the best season is almost here. Fall is the season to get closer to your significant other and go on a nice vaycay without dying from a heat stroke. There are many romantic spots in South Georgia and they are calling your names.
South Georgia has Savannah, Tybee Island, Jekyll Island, Saint Simons and other cute cities, and each has destinations that will keep your romance alive. You might even find a new annual destination out of it.
Picnic in Forsyth Park

Why you need to go: Forsyth Park is HUGE. There is a big grassy area with Spanish Moss trees surrounding it which makes for a great spot to have a picnic.
Sunset Cruise on Tybee Island

Why you need to go: On Captian Mike's cruise, you will actually be able to see the sun setting, which makes for a beautiful background. You'll pass lighthouses and sandy beaches, and you might even see a few dolphins.
Have a day at Little Saint Simons

Why you need to go: On this private island, there are seven miles of beaches and 11,000 acres of woods and untouched land. You will have privacy and lodge in style on this cute secluded island.

Broxton Rocks Preserve

Why you need to go: You can walk through this nature preserve that has different rock formations and cave structures. At the end of the hike, you will be met with a waterfall.
