There's A FREE Booze & Dessert Fest Coming To North Carolina's Coast This Spring
Craft beer + cupcakes = heaven.
Drinking beer by the water is a leisure valued by many, especially on beach towns on Carolina's coast. One of the best breweries in North Carolina is adding something sweet to the pastime. Waterline Brewing Co. in Wilmington is hosting a free dessert market next month so you can sip booze and satisfy your sugar cravings simultaneously.
Waterline Brewing Co. is a brewery near Wilmington's coast that serves eccentric out of a restored warehouse from the 1930s. The steam-fired, five-barrel system here helps curate delicious flagship ales including Waterline Kolsch, Pale, Red, classic IPA, Oatmeal Stout and Tripel.
If you think it couldn't get better than sipping brews close to the shore, you might be happy to hear of the Wilmington Spring Dessert Market hosted by Waterline.
On March 8, you can combine a day of booze-drinking with a day of sugar-snacking to bring "chocolate wasted" to a whole new level.

The event is hosted by Love Desserts Charlotte, Elderberry Tribe, Boombalatti's Homemade Ice Cream, Pink Baking Co. and American Dream Cakes.
Sugar fanatics can expect to indulge in, cakes, brownies, cupcakes, pastries, cookies and more.
Not to worry if you have dietary restrictions or want to keep up with those new year's resolutions because vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free options will also be available.
You can pair your confectionaries with crisp beers like Belgian Tripel, Lemon Ginger Gose, Coffee and Cream and Elderberry Hefe.
The event lasts from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. rain or shine and it's completely free to attend. If you can't stick around long, you can get a to-go box filled with sweets.
