We may have to wait until 2019 to watch the next season of Game of Thrones, but that doesn't mean we can't live like Winter Is Here until then.
You can now spend a night in a GoT-inspired hotel in Finland that's made entirely of ice and snow. And all we know is, how long is the waiting list because we need to get there ASAP.
According to Condé Nast Traveler, HBO Nordic partnered with Lapland Hotels SnowVillage to create the experience. And fans don't need to sleep beyond the wall in order to feel like they're in the show. But you do have to go beyond the Arctic Circle.
Located in Kittilä, an hour-and-a-half flight from Helsinki, the SnowVillage is equipped with a Braavosi Hall of Faces, an Ice Throne with an Ice Mountain standing guard, and a dragon-shaped ice slide. The 24-room hotel also has ten extra-special suites, each with their own unique sculptures crafted into the ice walls. Like, a giant White Walker watching over you as you sleep.
But be warned before you book your ticket: the temperature is a frigid -5°C inside the hotel. Though, if you're from Canada, that's t-shirt weather.
The GoT-inspired SnowVillage took only a month to build, but this year's Westeros themed were designed by professional ice sculptors from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Latvia. And they're kind of incredible.
Just take a look:
Entry to the SnowVillage is $18 and rooms start at $200. The hotel will remain open through April 8th, and more information can be found here.
