unique museum in florida

If you consider yourself a lover of vintage America & you're looking for unique museums in Florida, Cars of Dreams is a place you won't want to pass up.

This is the only museum in South Florida where you will find an exceptional collection of vintage vehicles. From classic cars to post-WWII American collector cars, this museum will transport you back in time.

Cars of Dreams is a car collection by John Staluppi, a philanthropist, yacht builder and car magnate who has collected cars since he moved to West Palm Beach. Actually, since he bought his first Corvette in 1962. Staluppi is best known for being a tough bidder at Barrett-Jackson auction, the greatest collector car auctions.

The Cars Of Dreams Museum has an unparalleled collection of over 150 classic vehicles spanning nearly a century of American design. His extensive collection has been selling for quite a while, from Chryslers to Cadillacs.

However, this year John Staluppi's Car of Dreams collection will be auctioned during Leake Auction Company’s inaugural Scottsdale sale in January. According to Journal Classic Cars, there will be 120 vehicles offered at the Leake sale.

Some of the cars to be sold at the auction will be a 1959 Buick Electra convertible, a 1959 Chrysler 300E convertible and a 1954 Chevrolet Corvette convertible.

Maybe you are wondering how you can see his amazing collection; the museum is only open for select charity events.

Besides being the most well-known car collector and having a taste for speed, Staluppi likes donating his dollars to a worthy cause. He will continue collecting more cars, but first, he needs to sell his old collection.
