14 Best Boston Brunches Open On New Year's Day
Guaranteed to cure (or hold off) your NYE hangover.
There's no easy way around it - the morning after NYE is going to be brutal. Braving the day on just a few hours of sleep, a head drowning in a champagne daze and last night's makeup smeared across your face - yep, January 1st is never a pretty sight.
Which obviously calls for one necessary thing: brunch. Thankfully, some of our favorite Boston brunch spots are open to aid us in tackling the worst hangover of the year. Offering mid-morning staples (hello, Bloody Mary), day party necessities (I'm looking at you, mimosas) and tasty fuel to put a little more pep in our step (bring on the chicken and waffles), here are 14 of the best Boston brunches open on New Year's Day.
Central Wharf // 160 Milk Street
When you've got all you can eat brunch, lots of booze, football playing in the background and entertainment that to keep you occupied for hours...you just might forget you even had a hangover to begin with.
Bostonia Public House // 131 State Street

Alden & Harlow // 40 Brattle Street, Cambridge
Specialty cocktails and flavor-forward dishes will bring you back to life from NYE's debauchery - that is, if you can snag reservations.
Brewer’s Fork // 7 Moulton St, Charlestown
Whether you're in the mood for "lunchy" meal or a "breakfasty" dish, Brewer's Fork has got you covered. Plus their huge draft beer list will rectify any nagging hangover (or at least put it on hold for a while).

Area Four // 500 Technology Square, Cambridge
