Another incredible, photogenic art exhibit pop-up has arrived in Austin and this time it's taco-themed! Tacotopia is a brand new Instagrammable pop-up art experience that is making its first stop on its country-wide tour in downtown Austin, from March 1st until March 31st. Gather up your family and friends and take a weekend to visit this adorable, taco lover experience!
The fully interactive exhibit will have over 20 unique, taco-themed sets with amazing installations like a margarita lime swing to an "oversized bowl of foam Pico De Gallo in the Pico Pit", a taco seesaw, and golden taco telephone booths. Every themed photo set will be perfect for a delicious, colorful Instagram post or a fun photoshoot with friends.
There are also plenty of colorful walls and cutesy Instagram shot backgrounds for a more simple but still unique picture. But you should definitely still engage with and enjoy all of the quirky, fun interactive displays as well! Share with the world how much of a taco fanatic you are with these creative, one of a kind taco masterpieces.
Tacotopia is a new traveling pop-up art exhibit that is kicking off in Austin for 4 weeks before it heads to Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, New York and more! Being the shortest stop of the tour, Austinites are urged to visit sometime this month and cheese it up for some fantastic photos before its gone.
Tacotopia set up just in time for SXSW and the heavy tourist season that is soon to begin. Don't worry though, you won't need a SXSW pass to get into this exhibit, but you will need to buy your ticket online before you go!
Tickets are now up for sale and can only be purchased online in advance. Adult admission is $25 per person and child admission is $15. The venue is open from 11 AM to 7 PM daily from now until March 31st. With SXSW right around the corner, Tacotopia is going to be getting a lot of crowds coming in to visit so reserve your tickets to see the exhibits and the "Goddess of Tacos" soon!
