From Dragon Park to Klyde Warren Park, there are plenty of awesome and unique parks to visit in Dallas, but none are this cute. Lakeside Park, also known as Teddy Bear Park, has massive teddy bear statues you can climb on and hug. The park is located by Turtle Creek at 4601 Lakeside Drive.
The 14-acre park features a variety of great photo ops but the cutest are the massive teddy bear statues that start at four feet tall and only get bigger! Visitors of the park love to go and take pictures while sitting on the giant bears laps. The main statue features one big teddy bear while a "baby bear" tugs on its foot. There are multiple statues around the park where you can sit with and even have a picnic with them.
The bears are right next to the lake so any way you look during your time at the park you'll be able to see a friendly sight. The park is open with free entry from 5 a.m. to midnight and you can bring your furry best friend as long as they stay on a leash.
Aside from all the cuteness, the park also features plenty of water fountain sculptures and a very instagramable bridge.
There are plenty of paths and benches for you to hang out and relax while you visit these cute teddy bear statues.
The park is open all year long and if you're into fishing, you can even fly fish in the lake next to the statues.
For the best times to go to the park we recommend getting there before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m.
