Jurassic Quest Will Take Over San Antonio With Amazing Life-Size Robotic Dinosaurs This April
San Anotnio is getting a visit from the largest dinosaur exhibit in North America.
If you've ever wanted to ride a dinosaur this is the event for you. Jurassic Quest is one of the largest dinosaur exhibits in North American and it's coming to San Antonio starting April 12 to April 14. The exhibition will be at Freeman Coliseum located on 3201 E Houston St.
In place of fossils, the exhibit features 80 mechanical dinosaurs that have been made true to size. The exhibit features both the largest dinosaurs and even baby dinosaurs that you can pet while you visit.
During the exhibit, there will be walking dinosaurs, don't worry they'll be on a leash, as well as dinos you can ride. The rides will feature plenty of different dinosaurs so you can find your favorite.
At the exhibit, you can tour the different attractions and learn about these creatures on your own or you can also tour with one of their dino experts to learn even more interesting facts.
The event will also have science stations which let you discover and make your own fossil copies.
Tickets for the event range from $20 to $36. The event does not allow outside food but the website assures there will be vendors there. You can also leave the event and reenter on the same day.
On Friday doors will open from 3 p.m. and close at 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. 8 p.m.
The next Texas stop on the Jurassic Quest tour will be Houston where they will be from August 2 to the 4.
