Have you ever wanted to live like Lara Jean? Now you can — if you have $25 million lying around. The Vancouver mansion in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is currently on the market and it's stunning. The listing shows you just how lavish Lara Jean's digs are at the beginning of her and Peter K's love story.
If you watched the first movie, you might remember when Peter K brings Lara Jean around his friends for the very first time. He even made sure her appearance at that high school party was included in their contract.
However, that wasn’t the only first that happened at the gathering. It’s also where the two shared their first selfie together on the couch, and where Lara’s nemesis Genevieve put her flirt on, trying to steal Peter K back.
Now, the home you saw in the movie is for sale in Altamont, West Vancouver and it's a beauty.
Images of the breathtaking property include the living room where Lara Jean is confronted by Genevieve, the backyard where the couple interrupts an intense game of beer pong, and even the bathroom where Genevieve attempts to seduce Peter K.
However, it also showcases some other epic rooms in the mansion that aren’t seen in the film.
According to the listing on REW, the three-storey, 16,245-square-foot property has 12 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms. It also has a bowling alley, a bar, a game room, an indoor fire pit, and of course, the iconic personal aquarium that’s featured in the film.
The home even has its own home theatre. Imagine watching To All The Boys in the very same place where it was filmed.

Amanda de Souza, who was assistant to the director for the first film, shared the listing on Twitter. “ So I was scrolling through fb, looks like the party house from #ToAllTheBoys is selling for a cool $25M.”
For those of us who aren't multi-millionaires, there are so many other To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before & P.S. I Still Love You filming locations in Vancouver you can visit, like the Aquarium and the Corner Cafe.
