Bora Bora, French Polynesia

When you hear of the French Polynesian Islands, what probably comes to mind is pristine turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. Yep, sounds just like Bora Bora. It's a luxurious beach getaway, perfect if you're looking for some relaxation and to get away from it all—but not exactly the most budget-friendly destination, so save this island for a splurge.

Mallorca, Spain

Beautiful beaches, parties, spectacular scenery—this Spanish island has got it all. If you're looking for a potentially cheaper and less busy alternative to Ibiza, check out Mallorca. Forget about 50 shades of grey—this paradise will have you seeing endless shades of blue. Fernando de Noronha is a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best diving destinations in the world with a diverse ecosystem. If you aren't too dead from your late nights/early mornings, Ibiza also has spectacular scenery.
