Vancouver is spoiled for choices when it comes to food trucks - we have so many around the streets of Vancouver, as well as food truck festivals. We've compiled a list for you of the food trucks that you must try this summer, with such a huge variety it will be tough to decide where to head first!

Aloha Bowls

Aloha brings acai bowls, smoothies, and other healthy snacks to the streets of Vancouver - all on-the-go! Their ingredients are simple, clean, and good for you, so if you are in the mood for something summery and light, they are your go to!


Rolling Cashew

Where: Varies, but you can find them at Shipyard Night Market.

Rolling Cashew serves up gourmet plant-based cuisine and pastries, and not only are they 100% plant-based, but they're also amazingly delicious!


The Frying Pan

Where: Varies, but most commonly found near Burrard Street Skytrain Station.

Superbaba serves up mouthwatering Middle Eastern cuisine from their storefront in Victoria, however they are set to open up a food truck in Vancouver this June! You can get falafel, shawarma, fries, and more delicious eats from them!


V Dub Dogs

Where: Marinaside Crescent Roundabout.

V Dub Dogs is a relatively new addition to the food truck scene in Vancouver, and they serve up grilled healthy hipster hot dogs - all of their ingredients are locally sourced!

Who doesn't love Mexican food? Marimba, which is parked in a convenient location Downtown, serves up Veracruz-style Mexican empanadas and tortas (sandwiches).


Crab Park Chowdery

Where: Varies, but most commonly at Granville and W Georgia, as well as many Night Markets.

Type: Seafood

Crab Park Chowdery you may have already heard of - they already have a successful store on Abbott Street. They serve up clam chowder, lobster sandwiches, and many more classics!


El Cartel Food Truck

Where: Varies.

Hailing from Los Angeles, El Cartel serves up amazing international cuisine. Think Korean bulgogi steak tacos, rice bowls, parmesan-truffle fries, El Chapo chicken, and bulgogi steak poutine. Yum!


Mr Bannock

Aussie Pie Guy

Disco Cheetah Korean Grill

Disco Cheetah is a Korean grill serving up rice bowls, tacos, burritos, grilled cheese quesadillas, all with an Asian twist! Using Alberta beef bulgogi, Fraser Valley chilli chicken, and seasoned bean curds, they are here to make your day better by serving real food fast.
