The holiday season is upon us, which means it's the time of year for work gatherings, family reunions, friends celebrations, and the likes. It's also a time spent reflecting and toasting to each other's accomplishments, honouring our losses, setting goals and intentions for 2017, and trying to forget the overall sh*tshow that was 2016.
