Looking to squeeze the most out of what little is left of summer? There's a brand new Sunflower Festival close to Vancouver happening at the end of summer and you'll be able to walk through sunny yellow fields full of sunflowers! Maan Farms is adding a Sunflower Festival to their impressive event calendar this year. This means you can visit their farm, winery and play with baby goats while you check out the sunflowers.
Maan Farms has planted sunflowers and set up adorable photo-ops like a classic truck and vintage furniture out by the sunflowers to make your shots extra-special. You can even pick your own sunflowers to take an armful of summer home with you at the end of the day!
This is a must-see for anyone obsessed with flowers and it makes a great day trip from Vancouver to enjoy the last days of summer.
You definitely want to check out the Sunflower Festival on a Saturday or Sunday, when you can do a wine tasting and buy some to take home! Their fruit wines make the best sangria and if you fill it with fruit fresh from their farm, it's like drinking summer.
The best thing about visiting Maan Farms is that there's so much to do here that you won't be bored. Whether you're sipping fruit wine or sangria, eating delicious homemade Indian food from Mama Maan's kitchen or cuddling with baby goats—you'll probably have to come back for a second visit.
Since this festival is only happening for two weeks, it's likely that tickets will sell out. So make sure you grab yours ASAP when they go on sale on Saturday, August 3.
