You Can Ride A Magical Polar Express Train In Your PJs Near Vancouver This Month

Your golden ticket to the North Pole awaits!

Christmas is almost here. Ready or not, this snowy season is upon us and so are all the wicked winter events. One of the most magical events of the season is the Polar Express train in B.C. Tickets for the winter event are now on sale as the train makes its way to the province.

If your inner child has ever dreamed about the Polar Express coming to life, your wishes have finally come true. According to the event's website, you can ride the Polar Express train in all its dreamy winter glory in Squamish, B.C. starting this November.

Passengers are encouraged to wear pyjamas on the train to be extra comfy during the one-hour journey to the North Pole and back. The annual event, held by West Coast Railway Heritage Park, always draws in a massive crowd so you may want to buy your tickets sooner rather than later.

The Polar Express train will be operating every Saturday and Sunday with multiple departure times between November 23 and December 15.

The hour-long train ride will come equipped with hot chocolate, cookies, holiday music, and carols. You will also get your very own golden ticket, just like in the movie.

Once you hop on board, relax into your seat and get ready to be whisked away to the North Pole. Rumour has it, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making an appearance.

There are multiple ticket packages available all at different price points. If you want to save a couple of dollars, prices are reduced on opening weekend.

No matter what day you choose to go, just be sure to show up in your comfiest pyjamas to get the full experience.

If you happen to find yourself in Ontario this winter, be sure to check out their very own Polar Express. It's practically a holiday tradition here in Canada at this point!
