Sushi Burritos Are Finally A Thing In Vancouver And Here Is Where You Can Find Them

Now you don't need to choose between sushi and Mexican!

Sushi: a Japanese dish consisting of rolls of cold cooked rice served with a garnish of raw fish or vegetables.

Burrito: a Mexican dish consisting of a tortilla rolled around a filling, typically of beans or ground or shredded beef.

I don't know when the beautiful marriage of these two babies occurred but it did, and Vancouverites are absolutely loving the sushi burrito.

Can you blame us?! It's pretty clear that as Vancouverites, we love our sushi. It's available on almost every Vancouver street, at almost any price point and is just plain delicious! The idea that we can now take a bigger, burrito sized sushi roll on the go is brilliant if you ask me.

So where can you score yourself one of these beautiful creations? There are two sushi burrito joints that have popped up in Vancouver in the last little while.

So the next time you are in the mood for sushi with a twist, these are two Vancity spots to check out.
