La Glace first graced Vancouver with their presence as an adorable ice cream cart about two years ago. And finally this weekend on Friday, August 4th, they'll be officially opening their first permanent space in the city.

La Glace will be located at 2785 West 16th and their store front will be boujee AF. They'll be serving French-style ice cream using locally sourced ingredients in their Parisian-inspired shop. With arabesque textures, pastel walls, and copper accents throughout the shop, you'll feel like you've been lifted upon a cloud and transported to France.

Among many flavours, you can expect to find some unique ones like Muscadine which is a combination of milk chocolate, hazelnut and Cointreau, as well as Café àla Lavande, a lavender coffee cream flavour.

And vegans can rejoice, because they have vegan options too! Using creamy cashew milk as the base, they will offer flavours like their Coco Pandan and Chocolat à la Menthe.

If you're feeling a little something other than ice cream, they will also have other French sweets to choose from, like cream puffs, macarons, and more!

So free up your Friday and get ready to embrace one of the most fancy and decadent ice cream shops Vancouver's ever seen.
