This Is The Coolest Fall Road Trip You'll Ever Go On From Vancouver To Kelowna

Kelowna is the perfect place to go for a weekend road trip from Vancouver, especially if you only have two or so days. It's only about a 4-hour drive if you go straight from Vancouver and offers tons of scenic stops along the way. Not to mention the drive to Kelowna on the Coquihalla Highway itself is so beautiful.

Although unfortunately, you can't do many water sports like wakeboarding and boating during the fall, there are still tons of fun fall activities available in the Okanagan.

Get on wine o'clock and enjoy all that wine country (and the road to it) has to offer in the fall. From sunflower fields to corn mazes and from waterfalls to lakes, wineries to bars and more, you'll have an amazing fall trip.

Here's the map!

Vancouver

Aldor Acres Family Farm // 24990 84 Ave, Langley

A sunflower field? That's an instant Insta worthy pic right there. Just an hour away from Vancouver is a beautiful sunflower field right at Aldor Acres. But that's not all! They have tons of fall activities to please your inner basic, like a pumpkin patch, hay rides and more.

Chilliwack Original Corn Maze and Pumpkin Farm // Chilliwack

This farm has a 12-acre corn maze for you to wander through (and take endless Insta pics). To make your inner basic even more excited, they also have a pumpkin patch and other fall activities/photo ops. The perfect fall pit stop. The farm is open from Thursday to Sunday until October 31.

Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park // Chiliwack

Located just 5 minutes off the highway, Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park has a beautiful, cascading waterfall with a veil like effect. Plus for those who hate hiking, it's only a 10 to 15-minute walk up to the waterfall. The operational dates of the provincial park are from April 1 to October 12.

Okanagan

Merritt

If you want to see the beautiful colours of fall, make a quick stop in Merritt. In the autumn, here you can see beautiful shades of yellow, orange and red.

Kentucky Alleyne Provincial Park // Quilchena

This hidden gem has absolutely beautiful blue and turquoise waters. Explore this natural haven of crystal clear waters, rolling grasslands and open forest. You can go hiking, canoeing, cycling and more!

Bliss Bakery Bistro // 4200 Beach Ave, Peachland

This family bakery has incredible, mouthwatering baked goods. They use only fresh, locally grown ingredients with no added chemicals or preservatives. There are three locations in the Okanagan but the one in Peachland has a nice view of the Okanagan Lake. The perfect snack break!

Quail's Gate // Kelowna

Wine please. You can't go to wine country without making a stop or two in the wineries. Sample wines and enjoy the beautiful views of Okanagan Lake. Quail's Gate is one of the many amazing award-winning wineries in Kelowna.

Knox Mountain Park // Kelowna

Kelowna sure is pretty from above and you'll realize how true this statement is when you visit Knox Mountain Park. At this viewpoint, you'll be treated to views of Kelowna and the Okanagan Lake. You can either drive to the viewpoint or park at the bottom and walk up.

Krafty Kitchen + Bar // Kelowna

After all that driving and sightseeing it's time to kick back and enjoy some brews. There are several bars around Kelowna with craft beer and Krafty Kitchen + Bar is one of them. Enjoy a nice dinner and some brews. On the weekends they even do hip hop brunch with old school hip hop.
