Winter may be on its way and the temperatures may be dropping, but that won't stop this new restaurant in Vancouver from bringing the fire. Offering a boujee but casual dining experience hidden inside the Grand Villa Casino, this restaurant will be the only place you'll need to go to warm you up this holiday season.

Just recently opened this October in Burnaby is the Atlas Steak + Fish restaurant. Among many impressive dishes they serve, their tableside flambéd Baked Alaska is definitely a showstopper. We're not just talking a teeny tiny little flame lit on the side of this classic dessert, we're talking a great ball of fire.

Not only is it a beauty to look at, it also tastes absolutely fabulous. Encapsulated in its flaming Italian meringue is a deliciously sweet orange vanilla cake paired with a fruity raspberry coconut ice cream and lemon sorbet. If this doesn't scream tropical fire, I don't know what does.

Now if you're looking for more of a savoury treat, Atlas has also got you covered. Atlas offers a unique dining experience with fancy steak and seafood dishes cooked to perfection in a fancy but yet casual atmosphere. They even have a seafood tower! I'm sold.
