One of the biggest cities in western Canada is a hotspot for filming shows and movies, becoming the temporary home to so many famous faces in the entertainment industry. Better yet, Vancity has produced incredibly successful celebrities like Seth Rogen, the Property Brothers, and Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard. If you live in the area, keep your eyes open because the TV shows being filmed in Vancouver right now means there are so many big celebs in the area.

According to What's Filming, most of the shows are currently on a hiatus until November 29, likely because of American Thanksgiving, but will be back in production by next week.

Ruby Rose

The superhero series Batwoman already premiered in October where Rose stars as Kate Kane AKA Batwoman. Filming began in July and will go until April, with some scenes also being filmed in Chicago, Illinois too.

Hilary Swank

Swank has been in the North Vancouver area filming the first season of a show called Away alongside costar Josh Charles. She will play lead character Emma Green and Charles will play the role of Matt. The series will be called Radio Nowhere, and filming will continue until March 11.
