The Vancouver Christmas Market Is Back This Month And It's Bigger And Better Than Ever
As festive and magical as the Christmas markets are in Germany, we're not in Europe - we're in Vancouver. But that doesn't mean we can't spread our own holiday cheer and magic.Vancouver is full of Christmas festivities.
We have the Vancouver Christmas Market, which is probably for many of us, the closest we can get to an authentic German style Christmas celebration this holiday season.

Vancouver's Christmas market is back this month, open daily from November 26 to December 30 from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. The Market will close early at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and be closed on Christmas Day.
The new site will be bigger than the previous venue and offers waterfront views! The new expansion will offer over 50,000 square feet of Christmas festivities.
This year, the 7th annual Vancouver Christmas Market will be at Jack Poole Plaza at the Vancouver Convention Centre! Now you can enjoy a magical evening strolling under the twinkling Christmas lights and Olympic cauldron and be surrounded by views of Coal Harbour and the North Shore. The lofty, wonderful Vancouver Christmas Tree will also be at the Jack Poole Plaza.
The market is home to Vancouver's one and only Christmas carousel. This year, the Vancouver Christmas Market will also be hosting Canada’s first-ever Christmas Pyramid - a 23-foot tall structure.
There will be over 70 huts, where you can enjoy delicacies such as Glühwein, which is a hot-spiced mulled wine, Bratwurst, Spätzle, and more!
You can get tickets online right now on their website. You will even get a free seasons pass with your ticket! Adult admission is $8 online, which includes Express Lane Access and the 2016 Season Pass.
