These Are All The Celebs You'll See At The Whitecaps Game This Weekend In Vancouver

It’s finally that time of year again. The annual Vancouver Whitecaps celebrity soccer game is back this weekend and some huge names are playing. Thankfully, tickets are still on sale so you literally have no excuse not to go. Oh, and did we mention some of the cast from Supernatural and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will be there?

Every year, the Vancouver Whitecaps host their Legends & Stars charity soccer match. This game is epic every year for a wide variety of reasons, but what has everyone coming back time after time is the familiar celebrity faces.

This year, there are over 30 celebrities playing in the game. People from your favourite movies and T.V. shows will be going head to head on the soccer field.

Tickets for the game are insanely cheap. For only $10, you can watch the game and maybe get a little up close and personal with some of the stars.

All the proceeds will be donated to the Whitecaps FC community partners so it will be staying within the community. This is your chance to support local charities and see your favourite celebs and it's only going to cost you $10.

Here are the celebrities playing this year who are going to make you totally starstruck:

Every year people anxiously wait to see who will be playing the Whitecaps charity game. Last year, Riverdale stars took to the field, scoring some goals, and breaking hearts all at the same time.

This year, a number of Riverdale stars including Jordan Connor, Martin Cummins, and Drew Ray Tanner will be participating in the games.

But those are only three people out of the huge celebrity roster. Recognizable faces from some of your favourite shows including It Chapter 2, The 100, and Supernatural will be playing.

To kick off the game, Canadian-born singer Tyler Shaw will be taking over the microphone to sing the national anthem. Hopefully people like this rendition a little more than the one at the Toronto Raptors Game.

Not to mention, the Vancouver-born actor Jacob Tremblay will be there. Best known for playing in Room, Wonder, and Good Boys Tremblay is the cutest thing ever and is no stranger to the soccer game.

Tickets for the game are only $10. That being said, you will need to have tickets for the 7 p.m. Whitecaps versus the Houston Dynamo game in order to attend. But that’s okay because all the funds raised will go to support kids in the province.

The celebrity game is set to take place at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2019, at BC Place. Tickets for both games are on sale now through the Ticketmaster website.

To see a complete celebrity roster, visit the MLS Soccer website. We’ll see you all at the game.
