Vancouver is known for having some awesome pop-up interactive art installations. These exhibitions are not only the perfect place to score a selfie, but they are also a great way to change the way we look at art and explore our own city.
The latest immersive exhibition will involve a wide variety of magical lights that will make you feel like you are walking through a fairytale.
Reminding us of the Vallea Lumina in Whistler, this art installation looks like it has tons of colourful lights, lanterns, fluorescents, and mirrors.
If you are a social media influencer in the making or are just looking for something different to do, we strongly recommend checking out this cool new event.
The awesome part is that it is literally opening tomorrow. Tickets are currently on sale and they are surprisingly cheap. You and your social media don't want to miss this.
According to the Moon & Back Gallery website, this new exhibition will be opening up on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, in Richmond. This is a short trip from Vancouver’s core so you literally have no excuse not to go.
This exhibition will have everything from balloons and florescent lanterns to hundreds of fairy lights hanging from the ceilings. It looks like something out of a dream.
This exhibit looks similar to the incredibly popular Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirrors room that was in the Art Gallery of Ontario recently.
According to the Instagram page dedicated to the Richmond-based installation, it will be Vancouver’s first “infinity mirrored light gallery and exhibition.”
By the looks of it, it's totally immersive meaning you can score some pretty amazing pictures. This gallery has to be on your bucket list!
Tickets aren't refundable but they are redeemable for seven days from the date of purchase. All tickets can be purchased online. The website does not say how long the installation will run for but we suggest going ASAP as you don’t want to miss out.
