Chilliwack based vendor, Hugo's Churros is back for the summer with its infamous Churro ice cream sandwich, setting up shop in McAuthur Glen Designer Outlet in Richmond.
Hugos's Churros started as an extension of Hugo's Mexican Kitchen and until this year, served their ice cream sandwiches from a stall within the artisanal food hall, Hawkers Mercado. This year they've got a brand new space of their own!

With seating for more then 50 people, enjoy your ice cream sandwich on their cute outdoor patio while taking a break from your weekday shopping!
If your hungry for a real meal, stop in for some delicious tacos as well, but I don't advise leaving without one of their mouth watering vanilla bean gelato churro ice cream sandwiches. These things are truly amazing and if you didn't get the chance to try one last year I suggest you jump on the skytrain and get your ass to the McAuthers Glen Outlets ASAP!
This year they are introducing two new flavours: strawberry gelato and pistachio so even if you have been, here is one more reason to go back. Other flavours are in the works an will be released throughout the summer!

According to a press release by Amazon Canada, there will be five new sites in British Columbia including an "advanced robotics fulfillment centre" in Vancouver, a sorting centre in Langley, and delivery stations in Langley, Pitt Meadows, and Delta.
The thousands of new jobs are safe, offer competitive pay, and come with "industry-leading benefits and career growth opportunities starting on day one," says the release.
"Our new facilities will help us meet our customers' growing demand for great products and faster delivery times while also expanding the service and support we can provide to the thousands of local small businesses selling their products on Amazon," said Sumegha Kumar, director of Canadian customer fulfillment operations at Amazon Canada.
