Vanessa Morgan From "Riverdale" Took The Most Stunning Engagement Photos In Whistler, BC

You probably already know that Riverdale is filmed right here in Canada, but did you know that some of the show's cast also happens to be Canadian? Cody Kearsley and Vanessa Morgan are both from our great country, and as it turns out, Vanessa Morgan's engagement photos were even taken in Canada.

You may recognize Morgan from her role as Toni Topaz on the CW's Riverdale , although she's also starred in The Latest Buzz , Frankie & Alice , and Finding Carter , just to name a few of her credits.

The 27-year-old was born in Ottawa and got bit by the acting bug at a pretty young age, but she hasn't let her career stop her from finding love with Michael Kopech, better known as the pitcher for the Chicago White Sox.

Back in July, the actress made waves on social media when she announced that after about a year of dating, she and Kopech were engaged . The MLB star proposed to the Riverdale actress at a stunning waterfall, and the photos look like something straight out of a movie.

Of course, it's customary to snap some photos right after the engagement, but some people also like to get professional photos done, and that's exactly what Morgan and her boo did.

Photographer India Earl snapped this photo of the beautiful couple. With those stunning mountains in the background, it's easy to assume that the photos were taken somewhere in Canada, but the photographer confirmed it with her Whistler, B.C. location tag.

Morgan also shared some other adorable shots from the couple's photoshoot with Earl.

" Thankful for my best-friend. Can’t wait to be Mrs.Kopech in 5 weeks! 👰🏽," she captioned the photo, confirming that the wedding is happening very soon.

Further details haven't been released about the big day yet, but it sure would be cool to see the couple tie the knot right here in Canada.
