Ninja is one of the most famous gamers on Twitch and he's constantly streaming online. He's become so famous that he recently played a game of Fortnite with Drake and Travis Scott. Yes, Drake from the Six.
So last week, when Ninja stopped uploading streams on Twitch, fans began speculating what had happened to the professional gamer. One fan started the "Ligma" hoax trend by commenting that Ninja's disappearance was due to the fake disease.
Before fans realized it was a hoax, they began sharing the Instagram post as condolences for their favourite internet personality.
Now it's gone viral and people all over the internet are jumping in on the joke.
