The Winnipeg Police Are Hiring & You Could Make Over $2000 A Week

If you're looking for a new career in the province of Manitoba, you could be in luck! The Winnipeg Police are hiring, and you can apply to be their newest constable. It might be tough work, but the salary would more than make up for it.

Interested candidates can find the job listing on the city of Winnipeg's website.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and have a valid Manitoba Class 5 Full Driver’s License. On top of that, you'll need a clean driving record (meaning no more than four demerits).

Additional requirements for the position include a high school diploma, vision and hearing tests, and related work or volunteer experience.

You'd also need to be available for 10-hour shifts whenever needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Aside from all the conditions included in the posting, but what people really want to know is how much the position pays. A new police constable can make anywhere from $2,206.29 to $4,412.59 every two weeks.

If you're interested in working for the police in an alternative role, there are some different job opportunities available too.

You can apply for a clerk position in human resources if you're more interested in administrative work. The pay is still good, with the salary ranging from $1,196.27 to $1,805.74 bi-weekly.

The force is also looking for an Information Systems Network and Infrastructure Support Analyst, as well as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

While these positions require a little more education and experience, they also have bi-weekly pay as high as $3,640.11 and $4,363.91, respectively.

Applications for those two jobs can be submitted until February 13 and February 5.
