For the last twelve months, anyone who caught the first season of You on Netflix has been anxiously waiting to see what's in store next for Joe. Now that we finally have a release date, more and more details about the You season two cast have been coming out, and it looks like a Canadian star is onboard.

In the first season of the series, we saw Gossip Girl's Penn Badgely in the role of Joe Goldberg, a New York bookstore owner who found himself infatuated with a customer named Beck.

Now, in most cases, a crush might go as far as some light cyberstalking, but in Joe's case, he became a full-on creep, hanging out outside Beck's house and kidnapping those closest to her.

The first season of You was creepy, no doubt about it, but apparently the upcoming second season is going to be even more chilling, which makes the upcoming release that much more exciting.

Although Beck won't be in season two, some new and exciting cast members will be making their way into Joe's life, including someone named Sandy (played by Canadian actress Magda Apanowicz), an acquaintance from Joe's past — a past lover, perhaps? Or maybe someone who's aware of his stalking tendencies?

Apanowicz is 34-years old and was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. She spent some of her childhood in Poland and later went on to attend the Vancouver Film School.

Some of the Canadian star's other credits include HellcatsRobot Chicken, and iZombie, just to name a few.

Season one of You starred another Canadian actress — Shay Mitchell. Although she didn't make it into season two, it's still awesome to see fellow Canadians get so much Netflix representation.

Be sure to mark your calendars for December 26, as that's when you'll be able to watch all ten episodes of You season two.
