Celebs at the Junos had to 'kill' 1 Canadian city and they mostly all picked the same spot
The 2024 JUNO Awards took place in Halifax recently and celebs were asked to make some tough choices in a game of "Kiss, Marry, Kill."
Narcity's Morgan Leet caught up with some of the talented attendees at the annual event celebrating Canadian music and asked them which city they'd choose to kiss, marry or kill between Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto.

When it comes to choosing between the cities, for Lu Kala, it was a bit of a hard decision.
"We are marrying Toronto," she said, but from there, it got complicated. "The other two are kind of hard, I'm not going to lie to you. I want to say we're going to kiss Montreal... but you know, Vancouver is so beautiful."
Ultimately, she decided to kiss Montreal and kill Vancouver.
For James Barker Band, the answers came quickly.
"Kiss Montreal, marry Toronto, kill Vancouver," one of the band members said.
Similarly, TOBi said he'd kiss Montreal, marry Toronto, and unfortunately, "Vancouver gotta go."
Rapper and producer Classified finally gave some love to the much-maligned West Coast city.
After deciding he'd kiss Montreal, he then decided he'd marry Vancouver.
"I don't want to kill Toronto," Classified said. "But Vancouver had the good weed back in the day, so I'm marrying that."
And finally, Brett Kissel said that he'd kiss Toronto, marry Montreal and kill Vancouver, but he at least had a fair explanation on why the city didn't make the cut.
"The Vancouver Canucks are doing better than the Edmonton Oilers right now, and I hate them," he said.
Can't argue with that!
Leet also asked the celebs to translate some East Coast slang, and while "holy mackerel" seemed to be a phrase that everyone universally knew, there were a few other regional phrases that stumped them.
