1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at [Campaign URL] and who are 19 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Québec) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Narcity Media ("Sponsor") and Netflix, Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries ("Netflix"), and its and their advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any such employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Narcity Media as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 2nd, 2021 at 12:00 AM EST and ending December 16th, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at [Campaign URL]. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Narcity Media. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Narcity Media.

5. Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign (the "Winner") will receive a set visit for Winner and one (1) guest to the set of Virgin River Season 5 on dates to be selected by Netflix in its sole discretion depending on the production schedule but tentatively scheduled on or around June 2022 and consisting of the following:

  • Round-trip, economy airfare for two (2) people (Winner and guest) from major airport nearest winner's Canadian residence to Vancouver, British Columbia on a carrier selected by Netflix (if Winner resides within 250 kilometers of Vancouver, BC, Netflix may provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation);
  • Three (3) nights lodging - one room, double occupancy with breakfast included - in a hotel selected by Netflix in its sole discretion in Vancouver, BC or another location near the set or production location of Virgin River, season 5;
  • Ground transportation for two (2) to/from Vancouver International airport to selected hotel and to/from set on the day of the visit;
  • One (1) credit card preloaded with $500 CAD;
  • Set visit for winner and guest to the set of Virgin River S5 or any other Netflix production in Netflix's sole discretion on dates to be determined by Provider in its sole discretion based on production timelines
  • On set photo and other interaction with cast and crew of the Series as determined by Netflix in its sole discretion and subject to cast and crew availability and production exigencies

There will be one (1) Winner and one (1) prize, valued at $5000 CAD. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. All components of the trip are subject to availability, certain restrictions, and compliance with Netflix's guidelines. In the event it is not possible to visit the set of Virgin River season 5 for any reason, including, without limitation, production shut down, Netflix may offer Winner the cash equivalent of the Prize, a set visit to any other Netflix Canadian production or other prize substitution of equivalent or better value in Netflix's sole discretion. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled at any time. The prize is non-transferable, on-assignable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or cash equivalent except with Netflix's permission. Airline tickets are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, no one-way trips, stopovers or upgrades allowed. Once hotel accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Netflix in its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any and all excess baggage charges, hotel incidentals and all other prize-related expenses, except as expressly described as being included in the Prize description above, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at hotel check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/Internet services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the rize). Air transportation, ground transfers, and accommodations must be taken by Winner and guest together on the same itinerary to/from the same departure and arrival destination and cannot be taken separately. Winner's guest must be 19 yrs of age or older unless guest is the minor child of Winner. Winner and guest may be required to sign additional on set documentation including, without limitation, a non-disclosure and set release agreement. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Narcity Media to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential Winner will be randomly selected by Narcity Media from among all eligible entries on or about December 17th, 2021. Potential Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Narcity Media shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon (i) compliance with any and all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, (ii) verification of eligibility including but not limited to providing a copy of the potential Winner's government-issued identification and/or additional information required by Sponsor in order to verify eligibility and compliance with these official rules and (iii) Winner and guest's successful completion and return to Sponsor or Netflix within the timeline specified of an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), and such other documentation as Sponsor and/or Netflix deem necessary in their sole discretion. If potential Winner or any guest fails to sign and return the prize claim documents within the required time period, potential Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT NARCITY MEDIA'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Narcity Media, anyone acting on behalf of Narcity Media, and Narcity Media's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this Campaign, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Narcity Media. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Narcity Media from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Narcity Media may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.

9. Terms & Conditions: Narcity Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Narcity Media's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, Narcity Media may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Narcity Media. Narcity Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Narcity Media has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Narcity Media reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Narcity Media, Netflix, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND THOSE OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ontario having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Narcity Media Inc., 147 Liberty St, Toronto, ON M6K 3G3, Canada. Requests must be received no later than December 16th, 2021 at 11:59PM EST.
