Off The Top: Fredericksburg, Texas, is having a big shindig this month... and it's a little nuts. Dubbed the "Testicle Festival," the event is apparently the preeminent party centred around eating, uh, exactly what the name implies. Battered, fried, grilled — you name it. Now, sure, you certainly can eat beef testicles — and people do — but this seems like one of those instances where the product is a lot more fun to say out loud (Testicle Festival!) than actually stuffing down your gullet.
