You must be able to lift eight to 20 kilograms and push eight to 25 kilograms on a daily basis.

Supervisor, Bus Garage Operations
Salary: $88,758 to $120,634
Location: Streetsville
Who Should Apply: You need a high school diploma (or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience) and years of experience as a Truck and Coach Technician.
Also, you must have a valid Ontario G driver's license (with the ability to obtain a class C with a Z endorsement) and a valid Truck and Coach Technician (310T) certification with Interprovincial Red Seal.
Knowledge of heavy transit vehicle maintenance and repair, proficiency in the reading of schematics and transit and mechanical technology, and knowledge of garage management practices and preventative maintenance theory.
310T Mechanic
Salary: $39.23 to $45.10 an hour
Location: Oshawa and Streetsville
Who Should Apply: You need certification as a Truck and Coach Technician (310T designation, Interprovincial/Provincial Status) and one year of experience as a Truck and Coach Technician (310T designation) in transit/highway bus or heavy-duty repair.
It's required that you have detailed knowledge of heavy transit and highway bus maintenance/repair, manufacturers' specifications/schematics, MTO specifications/requirements for bus inspection, and transit/mechanical technology.
