Here are six tulip pick farms near Toronto to visit this May.
Tasc Tulip Pick Farm

Why you need to go: If you want to get lost in endless blooms, Tasc Tulip Pick Farm is the place to be. The attraction has a brand new location this year and you can explore "the biggest tulip farm in Ontario."
You'll find 40 acres filled with over 2 million colourful blooms for you to pick and enjoy. There are 100 tulip varieties to choose from, meaning that you can create a totally unique bouquet to take home with you.
There are many cute photo ops where you can snap an Insta-worthy pic, including an antique Dutch car and Dutch bike. This year, there is even a special "no picking" area where you can grab your photos.
Before you leave, you can head to the merchandise tent to shop for chocolates, baskets, gardening supplies, bulbs and more.
There are food trucks on site serving up dishes like pizza, funnel cake and BeaverTails, as well as fun events taking place throughout the month.
You'll want to pre-purchase your tickets to ensure you get a spot.

JP Niagara Tulip Experience

Why you need to go: You'll feel like you've taken a spring trip to Holland at this enchanting tulip farm. JP Niagara Tulip Experience is home to one million colourful blooms that will transport you to another country.
From picking your own tulips to cute photo ops throughout the fields, there's lots to enjoy. Installations include a charming swing, windmill and garden arbour for those Insta-worthy shots.
There are 85 varieties of tulips to explore, each with its own unique appearance.
On select dates, you can sip wine from Bella Terra Vineyards. You can also book a romantic date night called "wine Wednesday" which includes a bottle of wine, 10 tulips each and a light dinner for two.
It's a good idea to purchase your tickets in advance, as there is limited availability.

Sarah Grey Pick Farm

Why you need to go: Situated an hour and 20 minutes away from Toronto, this dreamy new tulip farm is worth a road trip.
The farm invites you to "step into a world of vibrant tulip colours and away from life's chaos" and boasts over 1 million tulips that will whisk you away to The Netherlands. You can wander through colourful rows for an idyllic spring adventure.
Each weekend, the farm hosts a farmers' market where you can enjoy local goods, food and more. There are also food trucks on site so you can indulge in tasty dishes and beverages.
Make sure you're camera-ready, because there are lots of photo ops and props situated throughout the field. You can take pics by a painted piano, 5-foot mirrored balls, a swing and marquee lighted letters.
Tickets for the farm are currently available online and include 10 tulip stems.
If you're a photographer, you can purchase one of the limited tickets which allow you to take photos in the field during "golden hour" without the crowds.

Why you need to go: This new tulip farm lets you pick your own blooms and bring a stunning bouquet home with you. Located an hour and a half away from Toronto, Berkelbloem is a dreamy place for a spring adventure.
The Dutch-inspired tulip farm has over 500,000 bulbs planted in 13 different varieties and you can get lost in a floral dreamland.
You'll be transported to another world as you stroll along colourful rows and take in the spring views.
The U-Pick Tulip Adventure gives you "a unique opportunity to wander through rows of stunning, colourful tulips and hand-pick your favourites," according to the website.
Don't forget to pack a picnic and enjoy some snacks while soaking up your tulip surroundings.
Tickets can be purchased online and come with 10 U-Pick tulips, with extra flowers available for $1 per stem.
In the future, the farm hopes to turn the experience into a tulip festival, complete with local vendors.
Located just under two hours from Toronto, it's a dreamy spot for a road trip.

Hat Trick Farms

Hat Trick Farms is a floral dreamland that lets you to wander amidst a kaleidoscope of spring blossoms. It offers"cut flower bouquets and on-farm experiences." You can pay per bloom you cut while at the farm or purchase an already cut bouquet.
Featuring 31 tulip varieties in various colours and sizes, you can create your own totally unique bouquet to bring home with you.
Farm admission tickets are available online, and if you have a four-legged friend, you can purchase the Dog Friendly Time Ticket, allowing you and your pup to enjoy some springtime fun.
There are also tulip experiences such as flower pressing and photography sessions to add to your outing.

Aside from picking tulips, you can enjoy wagon rides, fire pits, nature hikes and more.
The three-storey barn is open to the public during the tulip festival and you can find hot chocolate, coffee, tea, pop, juice and snacks available for purchase.
Get your phone ready, because there are lots of cute photo ops with tractors, a two-seater bike, old cars, a giant wooden shoe and a windmill.
The farm is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, and tickets can be purchased online.
