The farm is opening in mid-August and it's home to endless golden blooms.
You must purchase an admission ticket in order to visit the farm, which grants you access to tractor and wagon rides, a corn maze, straw jump, farm animals and more, depending on the time you visit.
You can also check out the market, where you'll find baked goods other specialty items including jam, honey, maple syrup, candy apples, popcorn, pies, cookies, gelato, gift items and candles.

Why you need to go: You can step into a sunflower dreamland at this farm outside of Toronto. The destination is a 30 minute drive from Toronto and it will immerse you in a golden paradise at the Sunflower Festival.
You'll find 700,000 sunflowers spread across 30 acres at this dreamy spot.
There are lots of events happening throughout the season, including cut-your-own blooms, sunflower picnics, sunflower yoga, paint nights and floral workshops.
You'll want to bring your appetite, because the farm has a Watermelon Sandwich Food truck where you can try the "famous" Watermelon Sandwich, or indulge in wood-fired pizza from Fridays to Sundays. You can also try the signature watermelon lemonade and ice cream.

There are several photo ops throughout the field, including a piano that you can play.

There are nine acres of flowers in total, with over 30 varieties of sunflowers. You'll find all sorts of props scattered throughout the field, including a giant swing and purple piano.
The event is happening in July and August, Tuesday to Sunday weekly.
You can pick sunflowers to take home with you as well as wildflowers, lavender, berries and beans.
