COVID-19 has had a huge impact on theatres across the country and in , putting live shows on halt at the Fox Theatre, Buckhead Theatre & Alliance Theatre to name a few. 

Going to the theatre to see a live performance of a Christmas play is a tradition for many that will be hard to fulfill this year.

With the holiday season almost upon us, Alliance Theatre is bringing theatre to you like you’ve never seen it before by hosting a drive-in theatre production.

A live concert-style experience complete with actors and big screens, from the comfort of your car!  Alliance Theatre

The Theatre is putting on a live performance of holiday classic, A Christmas Carol: The Live Radio Play, at a drive-in theatre stage in the Summerhill neighborhood of Atlanta.

Theatre-goers will be able to park their car in front of a stage to see live actors retell the story of Ebenezer Scrooge and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, & Future. 

Tickets are sold per vehicle, so you can pack your car with up to 6 people and go watch a live theatre performance from the comfort of your car. 

You can see Alliance Theatre’s drive-in production of A Christmas Carol between December 4 - 23.
