The entertainment world has sadly lost a talented actress.

Kelly Preston, the wife of actor John Travolta, passed away on Monday morning after a two-year fight with breast cancer. The actor shared information of her passing in a long, heartfelt post on Instagram.

It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer.

Preston married John Travolta 29 years ago in Daytona Beach, and they famously owned real estate in Florida together.

She was most known for playing the fiancee of Tom Cruise in the iconic 1996 hit Jerry McGuire. She also stared in Twins and Mischief.

She was 57 years old.
