How adorable! Sophie Grégoire Trudeau's Instagram post has so many photos of her and her family having fun and being active outdoors.

In a collage posted on the social media platform, she shared a bunch of different shots of her doing physical activities like biking, skiing and canoeing.

Some of the cutest photos are definitely the ones of her and Justin Trudeau where they're zip lining and going surfing together.

There are a couple of shots of her out in nature with her kids as well.

Grégoire Trudeau also included two photos that show off her yoga skills with her doing poses in unique places.

"For as long as I can remember, sports has played a huge role in my life. It isn't only about exercise - it’s also about keeping my mind, body, and soul healthy," she said in the post's caption.

She also challenged Canadians to take part in ParticipACTION's Great Big Move campaign this month.

The organization recently shared that a perfect health day for adults includes way less screentime.
