Sunflower Fields of Markham

Why You Need To Go: You'll find over 400,000 sunflowers spread across over 20 acres at this dreamy sunflower farm near Toronto.
Sunflower Fields of Markham lets you wander through a sea of golden blooms for a magical summer experience. It's a beautiful spot to snap some photos and enjoy some fresh air. There's no limit to the amount of time you can spend in the fields.
Dixie Orchards

Why You Need To Go: Located less than an hour from Toronto, Dixie Orchards is a beautiful spot to visit for a sunflower adventure.
The farm is opening in mid-August and it's home to endless golden blooms.
You must purchase an admission ticket in order to visit the farm, which grants you access to tractor and wagon rides, a corn maze, straw jump, farm animals and more, depending on the time you visit.
You can also check out the market, where you'll find baked goods other specialty items including jam, honey, maple syrup, candy apples, popcorn, pies, cookies, gelato, gift items and candles.
Campbell's Cross Farm

Why you need to go: You can step into a sunflower dreamland at this farm outside of Toronto. The destination is a 30 minute drive from Toronto and it will immerse you in a golden paradise at the Sunflower Festival.
You'll find 700,000 sunflowers spread across 30 acres at this dreamy spot.
There are lots of events happening throughout the season, including cut-your-own blooms, sunflower picnics, sunflower yoga, paint nights and floral workshops.
You'll want to bring your appetite, because the farm has a Watermelon Sandwich Food truck where you can try the "famous" Watermelon Sandwich, or indulge in wood-fired pizza from Fridays to Sundays. You can also try the signature watermelon lemonade and ice cream.
Davis Family Farm

Why You Need To Go: Davis Family Farm is home to one of Ontario's largest sunflower fields and you can take a 3-kilometre walk through the Field of Dreams.
The Sunflower Festival is taking place throughout July and August and you can enjoy 60 acres of blooms. You'll find unique animals, food vendors and more at the farm.
There are several photo ops throughout the field, including a piano that you can play.
The farm is also hosting several events a Sunflower Soiree and picnics in the fields.
Pingle's Farm

Why You Need To Go: If you're dreaming of a sunflower-filled adventure, you can head to Pingles Farm for the Flower Days.
The event features three fields of blooms and you can wander through sunflowers, wildflowers and lavender for a magical experience.
There are nine acres of flowers in total, with over 30 varieties of sunflowers. You'll find all sorts of props scattered throughout the field, including a giant swing and purple piano.
The event is happening in July and August, Tuesday to Sunday weekly.
You can pick sunflowers to take home with you as well as wildflowers, lavender, berries and beans.
During your visit, you can stop by the bakery and market where you can find all sorts of baked goods, home decor and more.

Why You Need To Go: Looking for an enchanting day trip near Toronto? You'll want to head to this magical sunflower field. The Fieldstone Barn is bringing back Sunflowers of Elora and you can wander through a yellow paradise.
The fields feature a large variety of sunflowers and you can find props scattered throughout the booms, including a big swing and giant photo frame.
The farm will also have alpacas visiting so you can say hello to some adorable animals.
It's in walking distance from the enchanting small town of Elora, meaning you can explore the shops and restaurants once you've finished your sunflower adventure.
Brantwood Farms
