A new ranking of Canada's best employers for 2025 is out — Here's why these are top companies
A new list of the best employers in Canada for 2025 has revealed some of the top places to work across the country.
That includes universities, telecom companies, government agencies, and more.
Recently, Canada's Top 100 Employers released a list highlighting companies that are leaders in "supporting employees as they balance work and family commitments."
These top employers in Canada are evaluated based on programs and incentives for families.
The family benefits include maternity and parental leave, daycare assistance, paid personal days, flexible work arrangements, compassionate leave, elder care assistance, adoption support, and reproductive assistance (like fertility drugs and IVF).
Companies are also assessed on any other programs that address the work-life balance challenges unique to their own industry.
