A new list of the top employers in Canada for 2025 has just been released.

It includes companies from all over the country, including airlines, banks, government agencies, retail stores, and more.

Canada's Top 100 Employers recently put out a list that recognizes companies across Canada with "exceptional" workplace diversity and inclusiveness programs.

According to this list, the best employers foster a sense of belonging and connection at work to keep employees engaged.

Workplace diversity and inclusion programs also ensure employees from diverse backgrounds can perform at their best which makes a company "stronger and more resilient."

This new list of Canada's best employers for diversity features 80 companies across the country that employ workers nationally and locally.

A lot of well-known companies have been named as top employers for 2025.

That includes Air Canada, Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, Canada Revenue Agency, Canadian Tire, CBC, Health Canada, Home Depot, LCBO, Loblaw, City of Ottawa, TD, City of Toronto, and more.

Canadian universities made the list of the best employers in Canada as well.

The top universities to work when it comes to diversity and inclusiveness are:

  • Dalhousie University
  • McGill University
  • McMaster University
  • University of British Columbia
  • Université de Montréal
  • University of Calgary
