9 cheap and convenient places to park your car when you're flying out of Toronto Pearson
If you're flying out of Toronto Pearson Airport, chances are you'll need to drive there, especially if you're coming from outside the GTA. Parking near the airport can get pricey, but there are a few options that offer surprisingly good deals.
Vacationing can be expensive, especially if you're bringing your family, so the last thing you want to do is spend almost $40 a day on parking, when some places charge as little as $4.50.
However, it also comes down to convenience, as sometimes you'll pay more for a parking lot that's closer and offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, rather than one where you have to make your own way.
Taking all that into account, we used the website Way to determine some of the most affordable and convenient places to park your car when you're flying out of Toronto Pearson.
For the rankings, we ordered the lots by price, from most expensive to least expensive.
Park For U YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 30 Fasken D., Etobicoke, ON
Price: Starts at $12.70 per day
It's a fairly reasonable price, considering you're only about 1.9 km (1.2 miles) from Toronto Pearson.
The one drawback is that there's no shuttle bus service to the terminal, so you'll need to plan for that.
On the plus side, valet parking is available, a convenient option if you're short on time.
Preferred Park YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 6301 Silver Dart Dr., Mississauga, ON
Price: Starts at $10 per day
This lot offers value for the price, sitting just 400–500 metres (0.3 miles) from the airport and close to Terminal 1.
While there's no shuttle service, Pearson Station is only a short walk away, where you can hop on the free LINK train to reach Terminal 3.
EZ Parking Toronto Airport Indoor Valet
Location: 3356 Elmbank Rd., Mississauga, ON
Price: Starts at $9 per day
This parking lot is situated approximately 1.6 km (1 mile) from the airport.
A complimentary 24/7 shuttle runs every 20–30 minutes, and the added valet service makes the whole experience even more convenient.
Hotel Chandini Victoria YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 2935 Drew Rd., Mississauga, ON
Price: Starts at $8.50 per day
Although this lot is one of the most affordable options, it's farther from Toronto Pearson at about 6.2 km (3.9 miles).
With no shuttle service, getting to the terminal can be a hassle, which is why it ranks lower on the list. Still, if cost is your main concern, it's a solid choice.
McKesson YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 6355 Viscount Rd., Mississauga, ON
Price: Starts at $7.50 per day
The price is quite reasonable, especially since it's just over 1.6 km (1 mile) from the airport.
The only disadvantage is the lack of a shuttle service, so you'll need to decide if that's manageable for you.
Jetway YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 934 Dixon Rd., Toronto, ON
Price: Starts at $5.99 per day
This lot offers great value, though it's a little farther out at just over 3.3 km from the airport.
The good news is that it provides a free on-demand shuttle service, making the trip to the terminal easy and convenient.
Routes Airport Parking (YYZ)
Location: 6585 Airport Rd., Mississauga, ON
Price: Starts at $5.99 per day
This lot is situated just over 2 km (1.3 miles) from Toronto Pearson and offers a complimentary shuttle service.
Unlike some other options, though, it doesn't run 24/7. Shuttle hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto INDOOR Airport Parking
Location: 262 Carlingview Dr., Etobicoke, ON
Price: Starts at $5 a day
The price here is marked down from $9 to $5, making it a solid deal. The lot is 2.4 km (1.5 miles) from Toronto Pearson and offers indoor parking for those who prefer covered spaces.
The only fault is that there's no free shuttle service.
The Westin Toronto YYZ Airport Parking
Location: 950 Dixon Rd., Toronto, Ontario
Price: Starts at $4.50 per day
This lot is an incredible value, costing just $4.50 a day and located only about 3 km (1.9 miles) from Toronto Pearson.
Even better, a complimentary shuttle runs 24/7, departing on the hour and half-hour, making it highly convenient.
