This Virtual MBA Event Can Help You Achieve Your 2021 Career Resolutions

Heading into 2021, many Canadians have made it their New Year's resolution to take a step forward in their education and career growth. But, nowadays, it can be hard to figure out where to start.

Well, QS has organized a series of virtual MBA events designed to help those who have resolved to get ahead in both aspects of life.

Taking place virtually for all of Eastern Canada on January 31 and for Western Canada on February 3, the upcoming QS Virtual Connect MBA Events offer many perks that can't be found anywhere else — all for free!

Attended by dozens of top business schools, this event won't just be a generic conference. Instead, QS is determined to reward each participant with a personalized experience that will benefit them.

The QS Virtual Connect MBA Events are the perfect opportunity to meet with admissions representatives in pre-booked personal meetings. When you register for one of these events, the QS team will review your profile and match you with the schools and programs that best suit your professional ambitions and goals.

You'll have an intimate opportunity to get to know up to five MBA programs during 25-minute small group meetings.

Top business schools in attendance include York - Schulich, UBC - Sauder, McGill, INSEAD, Warwick, and dozens more.

That won't be the only advantage of attending a QS Virtual Connect MBA Event.

One of the biggest barriers to getting an MBA is, unfortunately, finances. But QS wants to help by giving you access to a pool of MBA scholarships worth $5.8 million USD.

Recognizing the importance of networking, QS has set up a virtual Happy Hour Q&A where you can meet with fellow candidates after the event. There will also be a virtual alumni panel taking place that will feature alumni from top Canadian business schools.

This one-of-a-kind online event also offers info sessions and workshops where you can learn more about the universities via presentations and get test-prep advice along with resources.

Plus, once the conference is over, the experts won't forget about you. Your CV will be reviewed by a professional who will help you create it in a way that attracts attention instead of getting lost in the shuffle.

Hailing from Quebec, 15-year-old Olivier Rioux clocks in at a neck-ache-inducing 7 feet, 5.33 inches tall, which has earned him a place in the 2022 edition of the Guinness World Records as the world's tallest living male teenager. That makes him taller than any of the Toronto Raptors players.
