It runs in the family! After spending some time with his dad, Drake’s son was photographed singing in the car by his mom, Sophie Brussaux. Adonis may only be two, but he’s already taking after his father’s talents.
On Sunday, families all over the world celebrated Father’s Day, and the Canadian was no exception. On his Instagram, he shared a photo of his young son with the caption, “Happy Fathers Day to all the real g’z handling business 🌍.”
Throughout the day, Drizzy also gave a shoutout to influential father figures in his life including his own dad, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, and LeBron James, among others.
Usually, children give gifts to their paternal figures on Father’s Day, but it turns out that the rapper had a gift for Adonis as well.
In a video clip on his story, Champagne Papi can be seen unwrapping a present from his family as his son gets excited about his own new toy.
“Oh, we bought that for you, look! It’s outdoor basketball,” the father of one explained to his son in this video.
Drake has always been vocal about his love for basketball, so here’s to hoping that this new present gives him and Adonis something to enjoy together!
As fate would have it, the two-year-old has picked up on one of his dad’s talents — singing.
Recently, Brussaux shared a photo to her Instagram story of Adonis belting out a tune with the caption, “Guess who’s singing in the back.”

Considering his father is a four-time Grammy award winner, it’s not shocking that the young boy has a love for music.
Adonis’ mom also works in the creative sector as an artist, and it seems that their son may have picked up some of that talent as well.
The two-year-old has previously gifted his father some of his artwork, which the rapper proudly showed off on his Instagram last year on Father’s Day.
